Government Fees: Additional fees charged by government agencies, agencies, or other entities are passed through to the client at cost.
Payment Terms: Payment is required before document retrieval begins unless other arrangements have been made for established accounts.
Additional Charges: Rush services, copy costs, mailing, and other special requests may incur additional fees.
Estimated turnaround times are provided as good-faith estimates based on typical processing. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including government agency processing times, agency schedules, mail delivery, and document availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control.
Service Fees: Once work has begun, service fees are generally non-refundable. If we are unable to retrieve the requested document after reasonable efforts, we may issue a partial refund or service credit at our discretion, based on the work performed and expenses incurred.
Government and Third-Party Fees: Fees paid to government agencies, record custodians, couriers, or other third parties are non-refundable once submitted.
Cancellations: Orders cancelled before work begins are eligible for a refund. Once work has commenced, any refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may be reduced to account for work completed, processing costs, and non-refundable expenses.
